On Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2015 the Timber Creek golf teams competed at the Bridlewood Golf course.
The boys team consisting of Ross Shockley (10th), Brandon McLendon (11th), Garrison Keuhler (11th), Cole Jones (11th), and Cody Schneider (12th) finished in first for their first-ever team win in Timber Creek history.
“The team win marks the first boys’ golf team championship in the Timber Creek Falcon’s seven year history and is the second lowest Falcon boys team score recorded,” Fuqua said.
Garrison Keuhler also finished second as an individual, shooting a personal best and making the fifth lowest boys score in school history
The girls team consisting of Victoria Garcia (11th), Sydney Cundiff (11th), Lauren Wallace (10th), and Maddi Turner (10th) finished in second place.
“The girls’ team showed great determination as they faced a challenging Bridlewood course and strong competition to capture the second place team honors,” Coach Russell Fuqua said.
