Here are the dates, schedules, calendars, and details about how your Fall 2016 ends.
November 2016
The month of November gets adjusted scheduling due to the end of the second six weeks and Thanksgiving Break.
The final day of the 2nd six weeks is Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016. The following Friday, Nov. 11, is a student holiday and professional development day for teachers.
Students and teachers then return to school for Nov. 14-18 before the Thanksgiving Break begins on Nov. 19-27. During those dates, Talon and other student media projects will not be updated. (We need to rest, too!)
Students and teachers finish out the month of November from Nov. 28-Dec. 2 in a standard schedule.
December is also adjusted due to the Holiday Break. Students and teachers attend school weekdays from Nov. 28 to Dec. 15 on a standard schedule.
Friday, December 16, 2016 will be an Early Release Day Schedule on a B day. The following schedule will be followed:

Holiday break runs from the early release day on Dec. 16 through Jan. 2, 2017 for students. Teachers have a professional development day on Jan. 2, 2017.
January 2017
January 2017 ends the semester with only about five regular school days before Fall Finals. Jan. 3-6 and Jan. 9 will be standard schedule days. Jan. 10-12 will be adjusted, Final exam days. See the schedule below for details.
