The ninth annual Sky Dancer Craft show has come back with full force to Timber Creek and the Keller community. Sky Dancers have done this craft show every year on the fourth Saturday of October and this year it lands on Oct. 28. Parents of the Sky Dancers put on a fantastic craft show where nearly 200 vendors are able to boost their business and gain notoriety from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These parents begin preparations the night before and allow for the best environment for buyers, sellers, and even their kids.

During the event, parents host a silent-auction selling off gift baskets. People who attend the craft show may receive door prizes, giving this event an early Christmas shopping atmosphere. Vendors are even known to sell custom made Christmas decorations and a few may even get spooky with their crafts and sell some Halloween decorations.

Some may get hungry shopping, so the Sky Dancers work at the concession stand in four-hour shifts. They receive credit towards their costumes and competition fees. Spirit leaders within Sky Dancers run a kids section so parents do not have to worry about their kids while giving the vendors business.

Vendors who are looking to sell usually find the craft show on http://www.dfwcraftshows.com/ where they are constantly looking to increase business. Yet the greatest advertisement for the Sky Dancers is the Social Media push both on Twitter and Facebook.

If community members are looking to be apart of bringing the community together by boosting business, then they can attend the Sky Dancer Craft show.
