Staff and students grades 9-11 should be prepared to smile big, because Glamourcraft will be in the Fine Arts Center on Tuesday, Aug. 27 and Wednesday, Aug. 28 to take yearbook pictures. Students will go to the FAC during their English class for the photos.
Contrary to years past, parents do not need to blindly order their student’s yearbook portrait. Instead, two to three weeks following picture day parents will be emailed an online code. This will allow them to view a proof of their student’s photo and purchase the portrait online. All photo packages ordered will be shipped directly to the student’s house.
Here are some tips from Glamourcraft for students to look their best in their portraits:
- Solid colors and small simple patterns photograph the best.
- Avoid wearing green.
- Avoid wearing t-shirts with logos or sayings.
- Long-sleeved shirts look the best. Sleeveless shirts may be in fashion; however, they accent the arms and look too casual.
- Choose simple earrings and necklaces.
Additionally, on picture day students must abide by the Keller ISD dress code. Click here to see the dress code regulations.
