Get your Yearbooks, pick up personal items, drop off technology or library books and get another chance for your Cap and Gown pick up on Friday, June 5, 2020.
Principal Michelle Somerhalder announced the June 5 “Falcon Family Distribution and Collection Day #2” via e-mail in late May. Now here’s everything you need to know about the experience.
Like the mid-May distribution day, Timber Creek students will have the opportunity to turn in outstanding items like textbooks, library books, classroom books, and technology. Additionally, students at this event will be able to pick up their 2020 Creek Yearbooks (which are AWESOME) and any student belongings that were collected from classrooms.
Here’s how it’ll work:
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 5, 2020, Timber Creek Class of 2020 Seniors will be able to move through all four stations described below. These times are for Seniors only as Cap and Gown, Graduation cords, and Senior Gifts will be available at that time.
From 2 to 5 p.m., All Timber Creek students are welcome to move through three of the four stations described below.
Like the Mid-May distribution, vehicles should enter at Grey Twig Drive (by Caprock Elementary) and proceed in the traffic map shown below. However, unlike the May pick up, vehicles will travel in a slightly different direction to head to the front of the building for distribution and pick up.
Traffic Flow Map
The Yellow Star is the entrance to the traffic pattern. Red Arrows designate the flow of the traffic pattern. Green Arrows designate the optional section of the traffic pattern. Light Blue Rectangles designate the barricade points. Notes: The east campus entrance on Timberland Blvd. will be open only for outgoing traffic to exit the campus. The west school entrance on Timberland Blvd. will be open only for outgoing traffic to exit the campus.
