Falcon Theatre Department will be continuing their annual benefit show, Seasons of Giving, on Nov. 13 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fine Arts Center. Theatre will be performing “All Together Now” which is a compilation of musical theatre songs organized by Music Theatre International. Also before the show, the theatre department will be hosting a silent auction.
“It’s a big reunion of sorts to bring back live theatre after having to go dark for COVID,” senior Emma Norton said.
The theatre department will be teaming up with the feeder pattern schools to perform on Saturday. This is the first time Seasons of Giving will include theatre students from all feeder schools. Each feature in the show will have one of the feeder pattern schools.
“What makes this different from our other performances is that all money raised goes to a local charity,” junior Zanna Clegg said.
This year, Seasons of Giving will raise money towards the Thank You Darlin’ Foundation. This organization is based in Fort Worth and focuses on getting kids who may not have the same opportunities as others to participate in the arts.
“Seasons of Giving rallies the community spirit together and makes an impact making sure that our community is fed and taken care of,” senior Phoebe Lowe said
