Tennis held a mixed doubles tournament to raise funds for their team and in early celebration for Thanksgiving on Saturday, Nov. 13.
Players were able to partner with people not on the team, making the matches a bit more interesting. The partners had fun with their attire with some groups playing in suspenders, matching t-shirts, or funny hats.
“It’s all about having fun and bringing in family and friends.” said Coach Johnson on the event.
Varsity, JV, and even some middle school players participated in the match.
When asked what his favorite part of the day was, varsity player Jonah Hayes said, “The suspenders, obviously.”
