2016 Project Graduation:

Project Graduation Registration:
The price went up to $80 on Feb 1st.
Seniors can drop the check off in the office OR you can pay on-line with a CC (there is a $2.50 fee). https://squareup.com/store/timber-creek-high-school-project-graduation/

As a comparison: Central HS charges $75 for their event at IT’z Pizza and Keller HS charges $100 (goes up to $125) for their event at the Main Event in Grapevine. TC is offering a GREAT event at an even better price!!!

Registration Payment Option:
We talked to some seniors at the basketball game Tuesday night and a couple mentioned that they want to come to Project Graduation, but senior year is expensive and they are struggling to pay for everything. So we came up with a payment option that we hope will allow every senior to attend. (Both the regular and payment versions of the registration form are below.)

If the senior registers before Feb 26th s/he can lock in the best prices and pay for it over three months. There is an initial deposit, with additional payments due in March and April. (The amounts differ depending on when the senior registers & pays the deposit.)

Senior Guest at Project Graduation:
The committee voted to allow seniors to bring a guest (senior from another school). The guest will pay the same price as the TC senior, but s/he will NOT be eligible for any prizes. Senior guests will need to complete a guest form (similar to what is required for Homecoming and Prom). Please contact Heather Vela () for a form.

Registration Incentive:
We know that some seniors are unsure if they want to attend, but as they learn that their friends are registered more and more are starting to register! We need to hit our goal of 300 seniors, so we want to incent seniors who are currently registered by awarding them with a raffle ticket for each senior they help get registered! To earn the extra raffle ticket, the senior must collect the senior’s form and payment and submit them with the attached form.

College Cards & Military Service:
Has your student been accepted to a college/university or signed up with a military branch? If so, please have them notify Ms. Wimmer in the office. We will then make them a college card like the ones below to hang in the office windows. They are now starting to let us know – see the difference below! We now have 3 young men who are entering the US Army, USMC, and Air Force.
