Timber Creek Cheer is starting a new organization called TC Flight Crew. The group will go to all the football games for free, and assist the cheerleaders in unloading and loading the bus and rallying up the crowd. In addition to hanging out with the cheerleaders, the group will also run the T-C-H-S flags down the field after each touchdown.
The cheer squad is in need of six to eight young men that will be juniors and seniors in the 2017-2018 school year. People looking to join the TC Flight Crew will need to fill out and turn in an application by May 19 at 3:45 p.m. to Alisha Fickle’s room, M225. The following week, applicants will be asked to attend an interview with the coaches and or sponsors. Applicants will also need to obtain a current physical, and will need to provide additional athletic paperwork upon selection.
If chosen, members will need to purchase a TCHS Flight Crew polo. Upon selection, members will also need to pay a $30 fee in order to pay for supplies, snacks and banquet. Members must be in attendance at all football games, and are required to ride with the team to and from all football games.
